Use the frame for: pull-quotes, hero artefacts, customer testimony, photography placements. Never use it for cards that don't speak (image-only tiles, simple stats). The frame is for one thing per section, never two.

Tungsten range, 3200–3800K. Cool / fluorescent reads as a different brand within three seconds.

North-facing window or a single soft-box. No ring lights, no flash. The shadow side carries information.

No people smiling at the camera.

People (when used) are mid-action, off-axis, indifferent to the lens. The brand is not selling delight.

Object photography on warm flat grounds.

Paper, linen, undressed wood. Never seamless white, never glossy black. Texture is permission to be specific.

No saturation. No HDR. No vignette.

Desaturate the merchant's product photography to ~70% before placing it inside the frame.

Never full-bleed on landing.

If the photograph could fill the screen, it is the wrong photograph for this brand.
